Your house in Asturias
Typical restored mansion from the old priests' repository that has 5 high-quality independent apartments perfectly equipped with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms in each room and capacity for 20 people.
Apartments
Each apartment has one or two rooms with various configurations: singles, doubles, triples, and quadruples. All rooms have private bathrooms, with one featuring a jacuzzi and another with a clawfoot bathtub. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, and two of them have communal washing machines.
Big Living Room
The house, with its thick stone walls, bears witness to its more than 400 years of history. The common dining area is located on the ground floor of the house, where we have communal breakfasts and dinners. Typically, these services are offered buffet-style, with a table displaying various dishes for everyone to serve themselves.
Kitchen
Despite its age, the house is equipped with an industrial kitchen to cater to large groups of people. It is the heart of the house, where the day begins and adventures unfold. Lupe assists us in preparing delicious recipes, perfectly balanced and filled with energy, enabling us to dance for hours in the "chamizo" (a traditional Asturian rustic building).
Chamizo (old stable)
It's our favorite part of the house; it's an old stable with views of the back meadow of the house where the horses watch over us. Today, it has been transformed into a multipurpose room serving as a bar, concert hall, dance floor, yoga studio, board game area, and even a summer cinema.
Outdoor Areas
The surroundings of the house are mostly nature, inviting you to take a stroll around (Lola, our dog, will always want to accompany you) and discover the local flora. Inside the house, we also have a volleyball field, areas for archery, table tennis, surf skates, balance boards, or ample meadows where you can practice yoga, stretching, meditation, or simply enjoy reading a good book.

Can I have a private room?
Of course! The room distribution in the house is quite diverse, ranging from quadruples and triples to doubles and even singles. Opting for a single or double room incurs an additional cost of 120 euros per room. Just let us know if you're interested in booking one, and we'll confirm availability for you.

Does the kitchen accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Certainly, we have a huge kitchen in the house, and we can easily accommodate menus to suit various dietary needs. One of our vegan food providers is Heura, and it's delicious. If any traditional meal or dish can't be adapted, we always offer tasty alternatives as well.

Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, as you can see with the dogs, cats, turtles, and even horses in the house. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets from outside. Being located in an area with fields and nature, many neighbors have their animals roaming freely, and we prefer to avoid any surprises, as animals raised in nature tend to be territorial and protective.

Where does the food for the house come from?
Every day, the baker leaves us freshly baked croissants and bread at the door. Cafés el Globo wakes us up with their coffee made in Salas, just 40 minutes from the house. La Neoyorkina energizes us with their granola made in Oviedo. Our bee honey from La Boalesa comes from hives located in Boal, just 10 minutes from the house, and our dairy products from Reny Picot are sourced in Anleo, only 5 minutes away.
